Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you get from On The Fence. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

Returns You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@onthefence.in with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we offer:

• Full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days)
• Store credit valid for 12 months from issue date

We'll work with you to find the best resolution.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or variant, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items Sale items, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at hello@onthefence.in and we'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
