Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) → 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities → 5–7 business days
• Remote areas → 7–10 business days

Shipping charges We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.

Order tracking Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to track your order in real time.

Failed delivery If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.

Damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at hello@onthefence.in with photos of the damage and we will resolve it immediately.
