These terms apply to all purchases made through onthefence.in. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The company On The Fence is a registered business operating from New Delhi, India.

Products We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify pricing at any time. Product images are for representation purposes and actual colours may vary slightly.

Pricing All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Orders Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

Payment We accept online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through our payment gateway. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
